MOVE BASIC
Welcome to Move Basics Perfect for those completely new to reformer pilates or looking to revisit the fundamentals, this class introduces you to the Reformer and allows you to build confidence. Learn core principles of Pilates in a supportive, small-group setting (max 6 clients). You’ll learn proper form, breathing techniques, and how to move with control and alignment using spring resistance. This foundational class builds strength, improves posture, and prepares you for more advanced Reformer work, all while developing body awareness and confidence in your movement practice. We recommend 2 – 3 basic classes to become familiar with the reformer to prepare you for Level 1.

MOVE PROGRESSION - LEVEL 1
Our Move Progression class is designed to build a strong foundation allowing you to progress at your own pace. Designed for beginner to intermediate levels, this class focuses on core stability, alignment, and controlled movement. You’ll develop strength, flexibility and body awareness. Whether you’re new to Pilates or ready to refine your technique, this class offers the perfect balance of challenge and confidence-building. Expect a challenging yet supportive class with hands on cueing, designed to leave you feeling stronger and more connected to your body.
Move Progression is ideal for:
- Clients with some basic Pilates or Reformer experience
- Beginners ready to progress beyond foundational movements
- Those looking to build strength, stability, and flexibility
- Clients comfortable with basic equipment use and looking for more challenge with guided support
- Modifications are available, to suit your level

MOVE STRONG - LEVEL 2
Our Move Strong Reformer class is suitable for those with reformer experience who are ready to take it to the next level. This intermediate – level class focuses on building strength, precision and flow while working through the classical Pilates Method. In this class we place emphasis on understanding the sequence and order of the method, helping you connect more deeply with your body and movement. Expect to feel reformed by the reformer! This class is ideal for clients who are confident on the Reformer and ready to push limits with mindful intensity.
Move Strong is ideal for:
- You’ve completed Basics and Progression
- You’re seeking more challenge at classical intermediate level
- Individuals confident in core engagement, balance, and coordination
- Anyone ready to explore complex sequences with mindful intensity

Our Studio offers a range of mat Pilates and Yoga classes suitable for all levels. our expert teachers will mindfully guide you through your practice and offer modifications to suit your level or needs. With a maximum number of 8 people per class. Everything you need to help and support you in your practice is ready for you in the studio.
Infrared Hot Yoga – 60 Minutes | 35°C
Step into the heat and flow with purpose. This 60-minute vinyasa infrared Hot Yoga class is held at 35°C. Combine dynamic movement with the healing benefits of infrared heat. The warmth promotes deep muscle release, increased flexibility, improved circulation, and enhanced detoxification, all while supporting a steady, mindful practice. Expect a balanced sequence of strength building postures, breathwork, and intentional stretches. This class is suitable for those comfortable with heat and ready to deepen both their focus and physical awareness.
Hot Pilates – 60 Minutes | 30°C
Get ready to sweat, strengthen, and sculpt. This energising 60-minute Hot Pilates class is set in a heated room at 30°C, combining contemporary Pilates principles with dynamic, low-impact movement. The heat helps to increase circulation, improve flexibility, and enhance muscle engagement, while promoting detoxification and focus. You’ll work your core, tone from head to toe, and leave feeling empowered, lengthened, and recharged. All levels are welcome, but a basic level of comfort with heat is recommended.
